  • Free shipping (Monday- Friday) on all orders within our domestic delivery zone (Switzerland and France). You will receive an order confirmation e-mail. A second e-mail notification will be sent when your order has been shipped. Orders placed by 2pm on delivery days will be sent the same day.

EUROPE

  •  We currently ship from Switzerland
  • We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to all European countries excepting (France)
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders $50+
  • Placed orders will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with the order details. You will receive another e-mail notification when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@gabriellascosmetics.com. 
  • We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-2 days business days of arrival in stock. We will notify you via email or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout when your order is shipped; a tracking number will be provided.
  • Once you have received an email confirmation that the order has been shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Potential delays might occur due to the current COVID pandemic.
  • We will not be able to make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.
  • Exchanges are permitted, once the item is proven unused, with its original seal still intact. If the item is proven unused, we will issue the full order refund minus the cost for the shipping return.
  • Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments loss or non-delivered due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount excluding shipping costs.

  • We ship to all countries including (the United States of America and Canada)
  • We offer an $18.00 flat rate shipping rate to all countries outside our Domestic and European zones.  
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders $50+
